What is your standard shipping timeframe for diesel parts?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, though expedited options are available for urgent repairs.
Do you offer a warranty on aftermarket components?
Yes, all our aftermarket parts come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Specific high-performance components may carry extended coverage as detailed on the product page.
How do I ensure a part fits my specific engine model?
We recommend searching by your Engine Serial Number (ESN) or OEM part number. If you are unsure, our technical support team is available to verify fitment before you place your order.
What is your return policy for core charges?
Core returns must be sent back in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once the core is inspected and deemed rebuildable, a full refund of the core charge will be issued to your original payment method.
Do you ship internationally for heavy-duty equipment?
Yes, The Diesel Tech ships worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already entered our fulfillment process, and you will need to initiate a standard return once the item arrives.
